I’m Benny Ban, the founder of TY.It’s been 40 years since I first picked up a billiard cue in a Shanghai alleyway at the age of six.
When you truly love something, over time you start to question its essence:Why is a cue so expensive? Where does its value lie?
After entering the industry, I increasingly disapprove of a prevailing trend —boasting parameters, promoting concepts, exaggerating mystique, and using price to signal status.But none of that helps you play better.I have always believed:Value should only be measured by results.

A cue is, first and foremost, a tool.And a tool should meet only three criteria:stability, reliability, and predictability.If a tool requires constant "explanation",then it simply isn’t good enough.
TY was born in 2006.We reject inflated prices.we only make products essential to value.We reject unnecessary premiums.we only retain costs effective to performance.
TY exists for those who genuinely love billiards and constantly pursue progress.
It’s not a "myth",but a partner by your side:stable, reliable, and predictable.Time will tell.

In the world of billiards, “miscues” or “errors” are often labeled as signs of poor technique. We don’t fully subscribe to this view. If a product cannot objectively help users reduce their error rate, the issue may not lie with the player, but with the product itself.
